Tricep question(s).

So I am a huge! fan of tricep an bicep workouts, question tho: I have been unable to do both due to a recent chest surgery(nothing major) an I have noticed my armpit area has become a little saggy(I hate that! LOL). so after I am able to lift weights again, do I just start doing my tricep workouts again to tighten them? I mainly do the over the back lifts for tri's. what are some other good tri workouts with dumbbells that'll help tighten them back up?

Not sure of an answer for your first question, but I have some tricep exercises I really enjoy. My favourite is an EZ Bar Skullcrusher Tricep Extension on a flat bench (only fun if you don't crush your skull), I also like to do an Alternating Single Arm Tricep Extension while standing.0
