Ok so currently I am doing dumbell flys with 32lb dumbells (highest weight I own) an my purpose to do so is to help lose my man boobs, how many reps/sets should I be doing to help get results for a flat chest?
I usually do the chest flys on the floor because I do not own any kind of bench what so ever lol.

Man boobs = fat
fat loss = calorie deficit
cannot spot reduce but eat at a mild deficit and continue to weight train to retain lean mass that lies under the fat.0 -
All the dumbbell flys in the world won't rid you of man-boobs, you need to cut fat, which as above poster said means a calorie deficit.

For the flyes at that weight, though, I'd do them slowly till near failure and call however many reps that is one set. Then I'd do 3 sets. I had to do my glute bridges with more time under tension and more reps until I got my barbell. It takes a LOT of weight to do those heavy and low rep, lol.0
