I am 5"5 142lbs. According to my HRM I burn 85-100cal/10min. I start from 6 and go to 12. The longer I can stay on the machine is 20miin.

I never thought of that but you must be right! I started eating peanut butter with apples as a snack, a lot. But now I'm not eating it anymore because I've noticed it messes up my stomach. And some how the acne thing is going away! I already scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist! Thanks for the thought!

I used to have a flawless skin! I even had some kind of glow! Not anymore! I really can't tell why! I am not on the pill. I don't take any supplement, or viatamis. I have a mainly clean diet. Lately no matter what I do, they just don't go away! I'm glad I'm not the only one! I might have to go see a doctor too.

I do fitness blender's epic 1000 cal workout! It includes HIIT+STRENGTH+ABS. Do a search in the workout section. It combines everything you need I think. Just invest in heavier dumbbells and you are good to go.
