Same ^_^
I love rowing more than running on treadmill, I always change it to highest resistance level, and rowing according to my pace, with my workout chosen songs on my earphone :happy:0 -
we have a stationery rower at the new gym i think that might be a little hard for me still0

So what kind of workout are we talking about?
5 mins? 20 mins?0 -
I always do 15-30mins rowing beside other cardio and strength trainings.
