    I love rowing more than running on treadmill, I always change it to highest resistance level, and rowing according to my pace, with my workout chosen songs on my earphone :happy:

    we have a stationery rower at the new gym i think that might be a little hard for me still

    5 mins? 20 mins?

    I always do 15-30mins rowing beside other cardio and strength trainings.

    Let's say, it makes my body well-toned from all the benefits of rowing to work on shoulder (beside weight-lift & swimming,etc)
