Switch to kernels in the jar instead of in the bag. Just measure out how much you want - you can add your own butter and salt if you really want, and you know exactly how much you're adding. And it's pretty.

Last year I lost almost 40lbs and gained 20lbs back before I got back on track again. I never exercised before, so I added that into my life now, and I'm hoping I can not only lose the weight, but also keep it off.

I've only been to a buffet once in my life, and that was when I was eleven. We really don't have them where I live, and I'm glad we don't! No one needs that much food.

I eat Kind bars because pretty much everything has gluten in it, and they are DELICIOUS. Not very bad either.

I'm 5'11 and net 1200 My doctor wanted me to eat less than 1000, but I can't do that and it doesn't seem healthy. Not NET 1000 either, eat 1000 - and I workout hard six days a week.

I weigh myself once a week and take measurements once a month

I use Ultrabland by Lush before and after working out, and my skin's been in better shape than ever. I take it off with a cotton pad soaked in tea tree toner.

Don't change it! You shouldn't be changing your tampon more frequently than you have to, because it can actually irritate the vaginal tissue.

I do nearly all of my shopping at trader joe's, and there are very few brands there besides the store brand. I love it, and don't taste a difference. I'd rather save money, and if the taste isn't quite as good, you can always add some fresh herbs. But I'll only ever buy q-tips. SNOB.

Just stop drinking it. I was a diet coke addict, too, and I just quit cold turkey. It sucked for a week, but after that I no longer crave it - and when I do, I tell myself no. For me, when I have quit soda before, the moment I give in, I break. It's all about willpower, and you have that.

And Californians and New Yorkers seem pretty health conscious as a whole compared to most other states. I think it's a good thing to be educated. If you don't want to pay attention to it, then don't, but for a lot of people it's a wakeup call to realize that some salads are COMPLETELY unhealthy.

I'm lucky to live in NYC, where nearly every restaurant has a calorie count. A lot of restaurants even have full nutritional information if you request it.

About four years ago, when I was on my college's crew team. We had two hour practices from 4:30am-6:30am, and we also worked out for two or three hours in the evening. I want to get back to being that fit!

My favorite is lemon juice and olive oil. I used to be a ranch addict, and this is completely different, but it's really really good, and it brings out the flavors of your salad.
