I'm in the same boat with my husband. He eats terribly and I gained 25 pounds when he moved in 3 years ago and haven't taken it off! We just got married and I'm looking to make some changes. I definitely over indulge in the wine and am starting with my diet. Not exercising yet. I'm 6'2" 208.

I've been there with anxiety. I had the same fear that when my heart started beating too fast I'd panic and pass out. Hi girls - Not sure how many of you live on the ocean or by a lake but Stand up paddle boarding is an awesome workout! I'm lucky to live at the beach and there are tons of classes for it. It's difficult to balance at first, but you use muscles you didn't know you had and then just fall into the water after!
