I lost 45 lbs over the past year starting with using intermittent fasting prescribed for my high triglycerides. I'm just starting to get into exercise now. I'm 6'2" SW: 230 CW: 185. I'll never be a size 2, my smallest was a 10 because I have wide hip bones, but i'm happy at a size 12. Any other tall girls having success?

How much water weight can you gain from soup?!?
I had about 3 large bowls of Pho soup yesterday (without the noodles) and I gained 4 pounds this week. I have been indulging just a little bit, but nothing crazy over maintenance otherwise. That's a lot of water weight!

What is the best probiotic to take for digestive issues? Since losing weight entails a lot of food that cause or trigger IBS symptoms, I need recommendations on a probiotic that will help. Eating rice, bananas and white bread is not an option!
