  • I work at a bar and although some days im not very busy, I am on my feet and moving around for part of the shift so I log it in my exercises log as light to moderate housecleaning. I base the time on how busy it was that night in addition to my regular cleaning routine.
  • Pre workout: Whole grain toast with butter and jelly Post workout: SMOOTHIE TIME (banana, berries, apple, grapes, etc.. with Vanilla Soymilk) mmmm Im totally addicted to these fresh fruit smoothies!! Anyone out there recomend a good shake mix to use thats low cal and isnt super expensive?
