  • I agree with guy few posts above... work on ENDURANCE first.... the interval trainingonly helps you loose weight or burn fat. and honestly before you even get there trainers suggest to take it slow and build ENDURANCE first!!! Interval training does wonders if you can stay on the treadmill anywhere from 60-90 minutes.…
