It's a pretty intricate routine, the book is under $20, I would recommend getting it and taking a look before you shop. Just one??? ;) I hated having to sit up every morning and stretch my ankles before I could stand on them to get out of bed. I hated being weak. I hated never liking the way I looked in clothes.

Touche!! I promise NOT to forget about my lower body. I do A LOT of squats, lunges and such, and my upper body is more of a focus because the strength isn't even lacking, its essentially non existent. But I will make it a point to find balance!

Diary should be public! I just checked, changed it to private, and changed it back to public again to reset?? I have a MAJOR concern with fruit, sugar is sugar for me. I am insulin resistant and can't fool around with fruit much. Thank you ALL for the feedback!

I use it as sour cream. I made a taco salad the other day, bypassed dressing and mixed some yogurt in! outstanding! Take a packet of ranch and mix that in with some, dip carrots. BAM! Guilt free snacking deliciousness. My fav is Fage, it seems to be the one with the HIGHEST protein content. :)

watch your SUGAR! This means FRUIT TOO! Some say it doesn't count! It absolutely does! My nutritionist told me to keep each meal UNDER 10 grams of sugar. Obviously, the rest is important too. Zumba is a blast! I love any reason to dance, and this is such a fun workout and I sweat and really get some work in. Give it 2-3 classes before you decide! My first class was awful . . . I didn't know the steps and things were so quick. NOW I'm in there with the best of them. So much fun! Good luck! :)
