Does anyone have a weekly plan they go by that they'd like to share? I need to tone my upper body SEVERELY! Majority of which is my core and arms. So, I am having trouble meeting my calories. I want to be able to do it without exceeding my sodium, and sugar. . . My diary is public. Yesterday specifically was my big day at the gym. Supplements?
Anyone using protein after they workout? I used to, used a brand called unjury. . . no yucky taste, and a scoop in coffee was like vacation! Mocha flavored and calories were LOW. This was 6 years ago. Any recommendations on new stuff? Different brands? :smile:
