hi i am in too SW(1/9/13) 156.5lbs GW(30/9/13) 150lbs i plan to log food everyday stick in my limits walk my dogs at least 2 miles everyday

hi is it just me you say your a 21 yr old male 5"7 in and weigh 65kg in england we do weigh in stones and that is only 10 stone or 143 lbs which seems really low for a guy of your age and height!!!

no such thing as metobolic shutdown/starvation mode it's a myth but as many have said 1200 isn't enough and although you are getting fab results you wouldn't be able to sustain it long term BTW men lose weight quicker than women anyhow proven fact because men have less body fat coz they don't have babies etc also men have…

sounds weird i know but the best way to get rid of excess fliud retention is to drink more water it flushes your system x :smile:

housework i tend to find cleaning other people's houses 5/6 a day helps no time to think about eating lol

hi i clerk at WW and get weighed but not counted points for weeks, i do the calorie count and losing better than counting points. just like going to group for the support x

Hi i as an ex SW consultant was always trained that it does not matter what time you eat as long as you stick to the plan your following i had many shift workers i.e nurses in my group eating at funny times and they lost weight consistantly

white bread the thicker the better with real butter x

hi eating more protein actually makes your body work harder and burn off more calories so maybe a bit more protein would kick start you if you want a boost x
