I decided to do this with my whole class, so that we can use it as our DPA! The kids are so excited. Some had their 30 done within minutes of us deciding to do it!

Adding a french vanilla flavour shot is different than getting a french vanilla. if you order a french vanilla you are getting the "cappucino" that comes out of the machine.

Open-Faced is the way to go!! Cut's out that second piece of bread, and with just 15g of cheese crumbled on top and melted under the broiler it become HEAVENLY. Try: One slice toasted weight watcher's bread, with half can of flaked light tuna, a tsp of compliment's "whipped dressing, squirt of sriracha, and top with 15g…

Some people are ignoring the important factor here of reducing one's carbon footprint. That said, there are still issues. I live in St. John's, Newfoundland, so it's pretty hard to eat well and eat locally and seasonally for me, although we have been making huge strides toward the possibility of this recently. Also, there…

The only thing that is not pure water that I still count as water is when I add a little bit of lemon or lime juice to my water. In cold weather I often boil water and add lemon and that counters the cold factor, with it still being water.

I'm 5'2 and 145 and it put me at 24.6. I tend to carry a lot of muscle mass, so I always knew the basic BMI ratings were higher than they should be for me, so I guess this makes sense...what I don't get is how it would have known this just from my measurements??

I'm 5'2! CW is 146, GW is 125 or so.

I have kind of stayed away from specific goals, because I have been focusing on actually changing my lifestyle permanently, and having that reflected in my weight/fitness for the rest of my life, but I have been doing really well, and thought I would actually set a goal, for once. My goal is to weigh 126 pounds on my 26th…

Had a lunch date with a friend, so I walked there (20 mins with hills), then took my little nephew to the park (45 mins of verrrry slow walking) and I am going to a kickass 65 min Boot Camp class tonight :) I'm super addicted to Boot Camp.

Just last week during boot camp I was rolling out on my back on a stability ball to do some chest presses, but I was super sweaty, and when I hit a certain angle the ball just shot out from under me and across the room, and I landed on my butt! hahaha

Raw veggies and fruits instead of processed food deflate the argument that you don't have time to go heat things up. Broccoli broccoli broccoli. There are lots of fun little strength training exercises you can do AT your desk as well. Google it! When I added in strength training it changed everything. Also, if your…

I have never even thought of it for one second as something for weight loss. I use it as an immune booster when I simply cannot get sick (I work in the film and theatre industry), or when I've been around sick people and am afraid of catching. And, to add, I have a very balanced diet and exercise almost daily, and do NOT…

Look through my diary. I eat tons of meals under that! My super-filling lunch today, for example, was 316. Cut out the sweet potato fries and condiments and my supper today would have been under 350. I clearly have too much time on my hands lately though, as my diary will also show hahaha

So weird! A lot of the girls at my goal weight look bigger than I do now. Am I just super dense?! (CW 138, GW 120, height 5'2) I do naturally carry a lot of muscle mass, but still!

I'm 5'2 and my short term goal is 135, and long term is 120. I started at 152, and I'm currently at 141, size 8.
