Years ago I lost 135 and my weight loss was the same with or without exercise. I since regained but also went back to eating junk and having 3 more babies so I’m starting back

Well I know how to add people because it used to let me add people and then one day whenever I go to add them it won’t click the button to add them

Yeah it’s definitely tough. I went from 270 ish to 140 4 years ago and got pregnant before I switched to the maintaining stage. I then got up to 334 after having two back to back pregnancies but now down to 289 since starting June 12 at 326

Breakfast : na Lunch : na Dinner: sirloin chop and corn on the cob I know most don’t recommend this type of diet but it works well for me

Pork chops and Reese’s no bakes are soo good. Just haven’t eaten the Reese’s in so long because it’s hard to stop eating

I was doing so good on my diet then i added a cheat day in and it completely destroyed it for me. It turned into several cheat days and took me forever to get back on track so i wouldnt recommend it

Well personally since iv lost weight iv had much more attractive men talk to me then I used to have.one guy was so attractive to me I couldny believe it because I'm not thin yet. I'm 153 and started at 270

I started out fasting (which i wouldnt recommend) bc it took weeks after breaking the fast to get my body to lose weight. Then i ate around 1000 calories a day and did different types of excercising daily to lose weight.it started hard and only got easier

Id say not to fast.when i started my journey 117 lbs ago i chose to fast. I didnt plan a start or end date i just wanted to lose weight.i lasted 21 days and losr 30 lbs and then i had felt faint and gave up with the fast.i was going to gradually being calories in but then couldnt stop eating.i gained 10 lbs back within 3…

No i dont believe i have pcos.. but i try not to let the period get me down. Iv hsd it come 7 days late a few days ago getting my hopes up.and docs didnt do anything to find out why the baby passed

Yea i originally want to be 180 then 170 then 160 and now 130.i know alot of it is iv been big my whole life so it takes some adjusting too

Well i dont mind the way i look in clothes but without them i still have a belly i want gone. Iv tried the jillians michael workout and it seems the belly dont wanna go
