I know I am late on my post was out of town. Starting weight was 207.8 Week 1 weight was 206.2. Week 2 weight was 203.5 Week 3 weight was 203. 4 Week 4 weight is 204. 2 I had a horrible 2 weeks due to being sick and out of town I am definitely going to push this last week.

You will have lots of support here. Just take one day at a time and one foot in front of the other. You will have a cheat day or a day you doing do well with your workout. Don't let those days get you down. Do something about them. :) Let me know if you need anything. Feel free to add me :)

I'm 5'2" was at 216 2 weeks ago I am currently at 207. My goal first goal is 150 lbs. :) We will see how much more I want to lose after that. One step at a time, one day at a time :)

I was watching Dr. Oz I think last week and there was a nutritionist on there that suggested that the minimum water amount to drink if you want to help you weight loss is half of your body weight in ounces. :)

I am currently only doing the Power 90. I will like to try the P90X I just know I am no where near ready to embark on that trail. I am currently on nights. The way I make it work is I usually get up about 1. Within 30 minutes I eat breakfast. 2 Hours later I eat a light snack my workout about 30 minutes before my snack. lunch is usually around 5 that way I can eat right before work. about 7pm I have my evening snack. and my Dinner is around 9pm.
