I can eat that much and still manage to lose body fat and lose inches. I think this calculator might be of great use to you.

Are you eating enough calories to fuel your workouts? If not you either wanna eat more, or workout less. Also, low carb diets can have that effect to. I workout 5 days a week, 45 minutes each. Well I'm not worried abt my street clothes because I'm constently losing weight so eventually am gonna have to throw them out anyway and get some more. Infact most of my clothes used for workouts are my bigger clothes frm whn I was even bigger.. just clothes I wouldn't wear out normally.

2 dollars is a lot of money to me. My dad bought me my smart phone, otherwise I would not have one. Oh and I piggyback off my moms internet. I'm just poor and very stingy abt where my money goes. I have. Since getting more religious with my diet and exercise I've gained 2 lbs but lost 2 inches. I wouldn't worry about the scale as much as inches. Losing inches means youre losing fat.. and thats more important then just losing weight.
