Pretty much the physical part.. or everything really. I'm not in the academy just training myself physically and reading tons of books about police work. Just wanna see what other officers or anyone thinking of becoming an officer are doing. Maybe I can learn from them.

Wow.... I eat 1000 calories for breakfast... usually 1800 total for the day... and STILL managing to lose fat and Inches. Doesn't that sound a lot nicer then just eatin like a lil birdie? That might be part of the problem... along with too much excersise.

The only thing I can suggest to you is look on craigslist for a bench with a squat rack and weights. I found a 300lb weight set and a bench for $250 dollars and it all fits nicely in my apartment bedroom.

When I was doing 30DS, I did it for 2 months, and I used those 2 months to slowly up my calorie intake by 70 per week. From 1400 to 1840 as of now.
