Btw, what's helped flatten out my tummy so far is Jillian's 30DS workout. I've been doing it 5 days a week twice a day for 2 months. Very nice improvements with the tummy pouch so far! Also I eat at my TTDE -%10.

I usually have a big lunch if I know I'm gonna have a late workout. However, there are times where ill also do my late workout and then have a big 800 calorie dinner just before bed. I've had good results either way. I also tend to eat more on workout days.

Good question! Well in my experience... I've gone as much as 3000 calories over my usual 1800 daily calories. But I dnt do it often. Once or twice a year mabie. And a few times a year I go on a 24 hour fast.. just water for a whole day. Consuming 1800 + 3000 calories in a day never hurt me because I don't do it often…

I go nuts over peanut m&ms. And since you've done so well during the past 20 days I wouldn't even worry about it. Do you allow yourself a cheat here and there? I eat twizzlers nearly everyday but that hasn't hindered my results because I keep it within my marcos(Well most the time anyway.. lol). Doing that really helps…

I havent been doing it once a day for 10 days straight but rather twice a day 5 days a week. I believe the body needs rest to repair itself. Sometimes I even do it three times a day, 4 days a week. I've gotten some pretty nice results doing that.

Well my hubby likes to take me out 3-4 times a week at lest. I just order the healthiest thing on the menu, and i usually only eat half of my order so im not consuming tons of calories. And I usually skip bread rolls/chips unless they fix in my macros/calories. A lot of times restaurants have special 550 calories or less…

How often do you change up your workouts, and how many calories do you consume? If you don't change your workouts your body gets used to it and if you don't eat enough your body won't let go of the weight easily.

I've heard of people training 3 times a week, 1 hour strengh training sessions at a time to get toned. Jillian Michael works out 3-4 times a week, about 45 minutes each workout. She's pretty toned. Mabie it's different for some people, so other people will surely answer better then I can.
