I agree with the peanut butter thing! I swear I could eat a whole jar if I didn't make myself stop haha. I'd also say dark chocolate almonds when I crave sweets and chips (especially when with queso) when I crave salty/savory.

I've been low-FODMAP for about 8 months now and from what I had found tofu is okay because the soy is fermented, making it a digestible carbohydrate.
