I had the Fitbit One and I've lost it twice while it was clipped to my pants. Right now I'm using the flex and I like not having to worry about it falling off. I wish they would revamp the force though it was cool being able to see your steps.

For me its an easy way to get in fruit...otherwise I probably wouldn't eat it. It is also far better than the coffee and donut I would generally have in the morning.

OMG I'm so glad I read your post I was going to get my hair done this weekend and would have been dismayed to see the weight gain. I think you should delete 3 pounds from your weight so you can have a more accurate measurement or take actual measurements. As for me I'm going to get a style which doesn't require adding hair.

The best thing I can tell you is don't eat back your calories, take measurements (the scale doesnt tell the whole story), and every 3 to 4 weeks amp up your workout routine. I think you should soak in a bath of Epsom salt and go on some walks. Next time don't worry about keeping up with them go at your own pace.
