Exhausted can't recover
I am exhausted my body is not recovering well. I am not sure if in doing too much or am I not getting enough protein or eating enough. Tonight I sat in the whirlpool before my swim class and felt 50% better...maybe I should take soaking baths more? Does anyone have any suggestions?
