Oh I'm losing inches, just over 28 inches in total so far. I blame the stretchy fabric most clothes are made of now, makes them able to fit more of a variety of sizes.

The thing that helped me the most with exercise was joining a gym I really love. I have done 10 weeks of personal training, made a lot of friends, go to the classes, and look forward to it everyday. I'm there 6 days a week now, but at the beginning I really forced myself to go 4 days a week.

Well it looks like I have hit all my goals for June! I have lost almost 32lbs, started doing yoga Fridays and Sundays, and am going to my first Zumba class tomorrow! I roped a friend into going with me to lose my Zumba virginity so at least I won't look ridiculous alone. :-)

I guess I have been lucky so far that I haven't been having feelings of anger. I find with the change in my diet (I still eat pizza, etc if I want it and it fits in my calories just a lot less now) and the consistent 6 days a week of exercise I'm a lot happier. It's been 3 months but maybe I just haven't hit the burn out…

I've been here for just over 3 months now and am definitely in it for the long haul, I've come to far to go back now. I'm also low carb (except for today I've been good all week so we are making homemade pizza), and am a frequent commenter/diary checker! Anyone can feel free to add me.

I joined a gym and started strength training, but you could find a ton of youtube videos to start out with strength exercises just using your own body weight (pushups, planks, squats, etc).

My DH has a very close shaven beard (like 1/2 cm), love love love it.

If I'm hungry I eat them back, if I'm not I don't force myself to eat. I always net more than 1500 though.

My legs, back, arms, and under my chest have all shrunk. It seems like I will have stubborn belly fat, and finding proper fitting dresses because of it has been next to impossible! In reality it'll be nice to go through the rest of the year wearing most of the same clothes, so I won't need to buy new summer/fall/winter…

I don't generally count the water I drink during/post workout, but only because I know it's at least 6 cups anyways.

Eat well, drink water, and just keep exercising. When I first started at the gym my weight did not budge at all as my body was adjusting to my new regime. Just don't worry about what the scale says, and if it is stressing you out have someone take it away so you cannot weigh yourself for a month until your body adjusts.…
