When I first started I lost 10lbs in 2.5 weeks! It has slowed down since. It's from shocking your body and water weight! It will slow down! If you think its continuing to go fast, start eating more calories!

10 almonds, lots of protein and will keep you fuller longer. You are right you need to hit the 1200 goal. As a snacking treat I usually have nutella and strawberries. It's about a 150 calorie snack, but it is very yummy! :)

I am not gluten intolerant and it worked for me. My doctor was hoping it would help my IBS, which it did, but it also helped me loose the weight. By eliminating gluten, I got rid of most carbs as well (still ate potatoes and rice), so it was likely a combo of both!

After reading your diary, you are eating to few calories. Up your intake of calories to 1300 and you should be fine. If you are eating to few calories, your body goes into starvation mode! Remember drink lots of water!!!!

Other's have said it already, but the weight watchers scale from walmart is great. There are 2. The one I have just does the weight in lbs or KG. You can also get one that measures your fat and muscle %.

Water or a small glass of milk! Milk does have the calories, but if the water doesn't work, it is a way to give your tummy some calories and not hugely affect your count!

Thanks everyone! I am glad I am not the only one! I am not going to give up until I feel comfortable in my own skin again. I know you said that you were having a bad week (which we all have), try and ALWAYS eat breakfast. Even if its a apple or something small. It will jump start your metabolism. Plus try and spread out your calories through out the day! You are drinking lots of water, that is good! :)
