It's not about the calories. It's learning which foods to eat. Look for complex carbs and omega 3 fatty acids. Eat veggies a lot, fruit, and lean meat

Mu sugar lows get pretty bad sometimes. Sweating, dizzy, shakes, and loss of clear vision.

Makes sense. So I don't lose too much, too fast. Also the exercise might help me with a quicker metabolism and not have loose skin
