If I am already drinking 9 large glasses per day, will I lose more weight if I increase my water intake?

4 pounds in 5 days
All I did was stop drinking soda and eating junk. Lost 4 pounds in 5 days just by changing that, excited to keep moving forward!

Worried
I quit drinking soda 1 week ago along with heavy junk food. I was drinking 5 per day. Now eat fruits vegetables lean meat seafood light yogurt cheese etc. walk 9 miles this week. I'm still afraid to check the scale tomorrow for my first weigh in. Should I be scared?

Want to avoid sugar low
I am used to drinking 5 sodas per day and have gone 5 days without. I keep getting sugar lows which are fixed quickly with a sugar water which is 1/2 of the amount of sugar in a soda. I can feel my body balancing itself out but the first few days were horrible. I am still over the recommended amount of sugar per day by 6…

Same amount of calories added as fitness has burned
Why do they add the same amount of calories to my daily goal as burned during fitness? This really bothers me because wouldn't it be easier to just not exercise?

I have been gaining 1 pound every 2 weeks
Just stop drinking 5 sodas per day and junk food. Is this alone enough to make a drastic change in my weight? I feel much better and have more energy to go for walks. I feel however that I am overly obsessed about nutrition now even though I have already made to huge changes. Thoughts?
