I did Upper-body and Core, plus heavybag training and finished with 100 jumping jacks. Planning to do yoga later this evening.

I think the difference is that bariatric surgery is performed in a sterilized environment with the proper tools, by trained professionals. Yes it comes with risks, as does any surgery but there is a far better chance of having a successful procedure - while cutting your mouth could lead to horrific infections. Not a fair…

When I'm done eating for the night and don't want to do any random snacking, I brush my teeth. It makes everything taste terrible so I'm not tempted - and if that's not good enough, slip on a whitening strip. Whiter teeth and a better body :wink:
