Wow good for you to for trying and pushing yourself with asthma. My mother suffers from it so I know how challenging even walking can be when it flairs up. Great motivation!!

Thanks for all the awesome feedback everyone! I think my biggest issue is that I get bored on the treadmill at home. I do much better outside or at the gym. I've recently moved farther away from my gym do I didn't renew my membership, but I miss it terribly! I tried C25K and couldn't get passed week 4, then I got…

Good point I guess. I love pushing and challenging myself and mixing up my workouts. But I just can't run. I feel so unfit because of it. :(

This is my first week back to MFP. I have lost 20lbs and have 20 more to go. The only negative thing is that it took me 8 years to lose that portion of my college weight. I just want to stay on track and lose the remainder this year. Looking for friends to support and be supported by

But i'm back - i've learned that the accountability factor is soooo important. I just moved to a new town and started a new job - I am lacking in support right now. I'd love to have some friends :)

I've been struggling with 40 lbs for 5 years. I've lost 20lbs, so i'm half way there. But i've recently moved and starting a new job and i'm feeling really alone in the whole weigh loss journey right now. I'm so afraid i'm going to fall off the wagon yet again for the millionth time ....
