Love it and wish they would do it here in the US, but I doubt they ever will (well, on a widespread scale). It makes me sick that people consider Size 10 to be "fat."

Your body needs a certain amount of calories in order to work efficiently. It's like not putting enough gas in your car. If you're not giving it enough calories, how is it supposed to work properly burning fat/calories?

I'm not, but then this is nothing new! I'm usually the Designated Driver, if anything.
