Got a mirena and had no issues with losing weight with it in. I did notice that when I was on the combined pill I was constantly hungry which made it hard to stick to my goals.

L1 Day 5, Really struggled with the strength exercises but not the cardio. Question: Does anyone else here do it barefoot? Do trainers make any difference?

Did day 2, even with a hangover. I didn't ache too badly this morning, but I get the impression I'm going to feel like I've been hit by a truck tomorrow.

Started today, not as knackered as I thought I would be but I think I'm going to feel this tomorrow. Edit: Also I've put it as 20 minutes Circuit Training for my exercise diary. What do you guys put it as?
