Went to London and Paris this time last year. In 5 weeks we are going to Fredricksburg, TX. Rented a cabin on Barons Creek and booked a 4 1/2 hour spa day. Can't wait!

I workout for an hour on Saturday and Sunday so I have extra calories to eat. I used to take Sunday as my rest day, but I found it difficult to stay in the lower calorie range on a day off from work, so I changed my rest day to Monday. So far it seems to be working. I started Level 3 today. I did 3 days Level 1 then 9 days of Level 2 (I took 3 random days off during that time, so it has been 15 days since I started). I tried on a pair of dress pants I have not worn in 2 years, and they fit! I wore them to work today. So far no one has said anything, but 3 people told me last week I looked like I was losing weight! 14lbs down....36lbs to go!
