It depends on how much you weigh and how tall you are..then MFP gives you the amount of Calories you need to consume to maintain and calories you need to loose weight based on what you put for your weight loss goal ( 1lb a week, 2lb a week ect) If you exercise that day it adds calories back to your daily total.
