  • Hi! I was diagnosed with NASH about a year ago. I've been really struggling to lose the weight. I was motivated/scared at first, but then bad habits crept back up. I signed up for a half marathon for October to help motivate me. But now I'm feeling even more scared and overwhelmed. Ugh!
  • All I'm going to say is that if you just do one thing for yourself, exercise. Just go out the door and go for a walk and get some sunshine. It will not only help your body, but aide your mental health as well. Good luck to you!
