pj pants lol i workout at home and a tank top .. If im out jogging i wear yoga pants or jogging pants and now that its winter a sweater and winter coat and splash pants lol i rock it

this morning i had oatmeal with avocado , sunflower seeds and blueberries. the avocado made it creamy so i didnt need milk

I find buying fruits and veggies frozen helps,buying things on sale , also copouns now have some healthy ones out there.

what food are you eating? hows you water intake and exercise? are you eating with in your bmr? if so then weight loss does slow down a bit after the first few weeks . good luck
