So i started to eat clean It was very hard at first but now im getting used to it. The one thing i find myself doing is going over on my "sugar" because of the fruit BUT if i dont have the fruit i feel sluggish and grouchy. should i limit my fruits or just keep doing what im doing.
So i eat pretty healthy threw the day . I have my breakfast, snack,lunch , snack and dinner . it s after dinner that my problem. Im straving and ill have another snack but then an hour after that im straving again. And then i stuff my face and go to bed with guilt . What am i doing wrong. (besides stuffing my face)I know…
