this might be dumb but i just finished the jillian micheals 30 day shred.OMG. anyways would i put that under high intenese aorbics?thanks

    oh but to answer the question...I just put it under aerobics and change the calories manually to reflect my HRM calories burned.

    I just put it under general circuit training. I think her dvd burns about 200 - 300 calories, depending on what level you are at and what modifications you use.

    I wouldn't put it under circuit training...it's not the same AT all...very different caloric burn...

    I put it under circut training, and change my calories according to the HRM. I generally do it three days a week, the rest of the week I do the eliptical or other workouts. I recently got her 6 pack abs and plan on trying that here soon
