Did you go to a diet dr or a reg dr? I weigh in at a diet clinic there scale is awesome it calculates water, bmi, weight, fat percentage etc. I am so gonna look for a scale like that. There scale always weighs me one lb less than mine and I have a cheap digital from walmart.

I am on phentermine and took a b12 and lipotropics shot. The shot seemed to boost my weight loss, but gave me no energy. I did lose a lb the day I took it, so I think its well worth 20 bucks..

Yeah with the adipex you have no apetite. Im pushing to eat that. I dont over do it at the gym. I simply bike 5-10 miles or walk 3 miles. I keep my heart rate in check. I am under a dr's care. I am at a stall tho so I may try to eat more like 1000 cal and see what happens.

I tan in a tanning bed. The first time I went 20 mins and burned to a crisp. I now go 13-15 mins daily and love it.. You can use sunblock on areas you think will burn excessively or you can start out slow like 5 mins at a time. To me its the same as sitting in the sun just a lot quicker and a lot less hot and miserable.…

It is very hard. Have a cheat day and try try again. Maybe change some aspects of your diet or exercise. Too much deprivation is miserable. Try weight watchers. Their food is at walmart. You can eat it all. its normal food but its healthier. Try whole grain versus white flour products and just cut back your sugar. We all…

Ebay, thrift stores, borrow from friends, I can understand why you would feel like you do after soo much hard work. Just stare at yourself in the mirror naked or in a swimsuit, that should help life your spirits. where are you located i have some size 16, 14 stuff i need to get rid of, maybe some 12's even. Eat what you enjoy just use portion control. Ive been on here 2 weeks its easy to use. Ive lost 2 lbs so far. I'm 5'4 and 158 don't feel too bad. We are in this together.

we all like food thats the problem. ill support you too. today is my first day. my problem is the food that i like to eat. not how much. i want to be able to eat what i want, be thin and happy.. we will see when and if i ever get there.
