I agree. It is possible to take in a full days food 3 meals and 2 snacks and be under 1200 and have gotten all your nutrients... People do it all the time. If you plateau then switch it up a little.

There is nothing wrong with a size 12. It is said to be the average size for the american woman. If you are qualified apply there should'nt be a weight limit..

I did labor naturally also but mine was only 4 hours.. You are a trooper.. I also lost that baby weight soo fast within 2 weeks, I was 15 lbs lighter than before pregnancy. .. Loved giving birth it was soo much better than the pregnancy when I was sooo sick the whole time..

Yes I do.. Restaurants have healthy options too. Grilled nuggets, apple wedges, yogurts, etc.... Its all about making smart choices and portion control. They need to learn now how to function in the real world which does require take out sometimes....

Yes you can eat carbs and lose. but the white carbs weigh ya down. just try wheat or whole grains.. and low sugar intake..

I was told per mile you run, bike, etc you burn 100 calories. A trainer told me this. Does that sound accurate?

ive had a baby my stomach is a bit flawed and i still feel sexy in my bikini this year even with a little curve.. only the young guys are unreasonable enough to expect perfection. my fiance is 58 he says small flaws show character and life and arent even really noticeable.. I prefer that attitude...

Thank you for that post.. That is soo true. Its society and MEN who put the pressure on women to be thin, glamorous, look like movie stars or porn stars while we love them unconditionally. I think all women want to be fit healthy and leaner and thats why everyone is here..

Im 5 feet 4 inches. I weigh 167 Id love to weigh 130 but would even be sooo thrilled to see 150 again and work down from there. : )

For me cutting carbs and sugar down help alot also replacing all white flour products with wheat when possible.

I think its a love yourself and others for who they are. They do still encourage exercise and healthy living. Thats my opinion. YOU can have ice cream. there are tons of option. YOu need to look for sugar free and reduced fat. there are ice cream sandwiches that have 110 cals and no sugar and are good an inexpensive and not midget size! skinny cow ice cream also awesome. just watch your sugar.

soda diet or regular.. french fries- no more.. sugar- have less than 20 grams a day from food not drinks, look for all sugar free items..

I couldnt agree more. I also eat normal food and lose weight. if I could only consume healthy gross food I wouldnt be dieting at all. : )) kudos to you for this post.
