i am really really confused... my weight is static...right back at square one, i don't understand everytime i lose it comes back twice over...i know i am honest with myself and log everything, even the really awful days...my exercise is regular and if anything the best its ever been... losing the weight is not the problem…

i agree exercise...i always seem to dred it but after finding something i really enjoy i.e. walking or swimming i found things got better, energy was easier to come by, sleep was a better quality and i am healthier!!!! :flowerforyou: good luck the key is to do something you enjoy xxx

hi amy i have a polar HRM also and have found the same thing! I tend to go with the polar as it is attached to me thus feels more accurate...however there have been times when i have worked out hard and it doesn't show me what i want to see lol!!! good luck x

i feel that by logging my food i am staying honest to myself and my body...it all adds up and if i don't log one thing it becomes tempting to not worry about other thing xxx
