Exercise-what counts?
Hey all just a random and maybe obvious question... I am a nurse thus am on my feet much of the day does this count as exercise? As normally I only count what I do in addition to working. Is this right/ wrong...? any thoughts? Thanks skiski x

I decided this year I would commit to being healthier...for life- so i bought myself a rather expensive gym member ship but feel too ashamed to go... which is pathetic but try as i might i just can't seem to summon up the courage to go in... any advice i know how silly this is but i needed to know i am not alone xxx:sad:

It is all going backwards-help!

when to stop...oh the dilemma
so today has been pretty good foodwise...however my question arose during dinner...that is that during dinner i got halfway through it and i was stuffed, :huh: but did not know what to do- should you stop eating once you are full or eat the food and stick with the calorie quota...any ideas/suggestions welcome! thanks…

what on earth is going on
i am really really confused... my weight is static...right back at square one, i don't understand everytime i lose it comes back twice over...i know i am honest with myself and log everything, even the really awful days...my exercise is regular and if anything the best its ever been... losing the weight is not the problem…
