Hey all just a random and maybe obvious question...
I am a nurse thus am on my feet much of the day does this count as exercise? As normally I only count what I do in addition to working. Is this right/ wrong...?
any thoughts?
Thanks skiski x

When you setup your goals, you can choose your lifestyle as "Active". It will take up your "on the feet" time and exercise, while calculating your body needs. You can then simply take care of your extra workouts.
Hope that helps.0 -

I work with orthopedically impaired students. I spend most of the day on my feet and I lift kids on a daily basis. I have my settings on lightly active and just count the exercise I set out to do. It works for me.0
