I usually do not drink half of my weight in water, only about 60oz while at work. HMM I will have to increase. Thanks :) that's the goal today for me

3.5 miles finished at gym with lunch walk... Puts me at goal :) :) 50!!!

11 miles plus today 3 is 14... 4 to go... will finish tomorrow. :) this will good, kept me wanting to make it to the gym to get my miles in, thou I didn't do as great as I wanted, I'm glad I tried!!
