My sleep absolutely sucks.. lol. And during my entire stall it has been cookie season for my little scout... which sucksssss. So maybe it was just stress? I just feel like this pause has lasted a really long time..

I track every single bite I take. every bite. And I use a food scale... :/

PLEASE tell me how you lost 100lbs.. thats exactly what I need to do. And out weights are fairly the same. I started at 246.. and need to get to 145
