If you go to whole foods or target or one of those places they have a weightless tea it says on the box it's for water weight. Lol I do the same exact thing!!! But I heard it's 1/3 the calories of the toast so I started throwing them away but Idk if 100% that's right calorie wise .

0 cal things Mustard ,celery, lettuce, plain tea ,black coffee Ketchup has a lot of other things like sodium and sugar and a good amount of cals even if it's a little bit lol I would log!

I'm 5'5 and before i was pregnant i was 105lbs, after I had my daughter I was about 190lbs But when I actually started Mfp I was 155lbs And now I'm about 115lbs Trying to lose these last 10lbs now! They don't seem to want to go away though lol

Dr oz also had a lady on his show (that he supports) that said its better to eat potato chips than potatos for some people and other unhealthy foods.... Lol just change the channel when he's on I kinda just gave up on the show at that point.

About 200$ on the 1st week than 60-80$ the next 3 weeks for my toddler and I But I'm a vegan (shes not) and I try to buy organic. Worth it <3

Lol I hate dr oz Back on topic though 2 cups water before your meal 2 cups while eating Coffee, tea hot liquids pretty much help You don't NEED suppressants when there's so many natural ways that are also 0 cals
