Depending on how big they fit, I might take them in a bit, it they are way to big I will offer them to friends or donate them to charity. I will admit, I have held on to some of my clothes just incase I ever gain a few lbs :)

I am curently 153lbs. I wear a large on top and a 8 on the bottom. My MFP goal is 140lbs. I am 5'4". Not sure what sz I will be @ 140 (maybe sz 6).

My sister has 4 boys and also found it a chore to log on to keep track of her calories, but she didn't stop counting calories; she now logs them in her journal. The only draw back is she only logs in calories (no sodium, sugar etc), but if this is not a problem, then logging in a journal is great if it keeps you on track.…

Does your camera have a delay/timer? This wld be helpful and there would be no need for mirrors (which can give off a glare). Best pics to take would be front, back, both sides and for your personal view maybe will little to no clothes on. If you have not already, don't forget to measure yourself. Best of luck!

Yes, being sore is tough! other than stretching before and after a workout, I personally will take an Anti-Inflammatory pill before going to bed; it works for me. :)

This made me chuckle; laughter is good, not certain how many calories I just burned! I don't have cheat days only reward moments and they are almost always within my calorie goal! If I call them cheat days/food it would depress me making me feel like I some how failed, so instead they are rewards for all the hard work! :)
