    I'm in for abs, squats, and planks! However, I'm recovering from knee surgery, so squats can only be 1/2 squats right now.

    finished the squat challenge-- now doing a push up challenge---- me and the hubs alternate challenge choices--- chose the squat challenge and he chose the push up challenge-- ugghh-- we are on day 3
    and we started with 20 then add 5 each day ----with every 4th day being rest

    I am curious. Doing so many squats/ crunches is that really beneficial? I know some excericises I am told after you get to a certain point is not really beneficial and you should try something else. I would like to start one of these challenges but I just want to be sure this is ok.

    I'm in for the abs and squats, though going to have to modify for reverse crunches, still got a bit of whiplash on my neck that I'm working on. Will start in the morning!
