Peope, people, learn to convert! I am 5"4 and 9st 7lbs, I'd say I want to lose about 6lbs maybe, but I would also say I am healthy so I think you are a good weight :)

I use it as a personal term to gauge whether I believe I'm eating well, for me it is when I have healthy whole, home cooked foods, minimal out wrappers and not junk

I would probably take out say the tuesday rest day as to me I would consider football to sometimes be active rests

I don't always weigh in daily but I have before, I pick Monday mornings as I don't exercise through the weekend. I find that I weigh about 3lbs more if I have been lifting in the gym the previous day - yet every Monday I'm at the usual weight. There is nothing wrong with it, personally I only do it on occasion if I can take my time, but really I would never do more than an hour, there is no reason why you should either.

I can understand the concept it is a good idea if you struggle to eat what you plan (which I do a lot), although I do agree that is nowhere near enough food.

I would feel the same, I find things like that so irritating, especially in a place you are trying to improve your health - the last thing you need is to catch a bug! That person should also be resting. I would probably just move haha

If you don't like it don't eat it, that isn't what constitutes a healthy diet, it is everything at a balance :)

I used to hate it, now I love it! However the only I eat it is steamed with some salt, can't beat it :)

Awk that would have been good if you could! More reason why I am doing it as I haven't been do many places in the south so it lets me see more of Scotland. I think my dad will be taking part in some stages as he used to love hiking but has MS now so cannot do the whole thing. Thanks for your response! Claire :)

Actually I am quite content using it for weights and believe it to be more accurate. I do burn more with heavier weights, but thanks for the input.
