I would say MFP is most definitely on the low side. According to it an hour of weights I burn around 100 calories. Yet my polarft4 says 470.. I'm going with the latter

Oh and definitely plan your food at the start of the week meaning you won't buy anything that will go to waste and you only have the healthy options in your fridge ;)

I seems the reactions here are a bit unfair though. Just someone looking for people eating similar foods to him, which is why many people post on these forums, to get friends with the same goals! No reason for everyone to post nasty comments, not one point at all was it shoved in your face to be vegan

If you have a freezer (mine is only the size of a letterbox :() frozen spinach is my saviour, buy one bag and it lasts about a month worth of smoothies mix with banana and almond milk and whatever else :) in reality each week for that I just buy bananas and a carton of milk

I live on about a £10-15 food shop a week from Aldi/Tescos. It's all about planning im advance and thinking nutrients. I'm 5"4 at 132lbs, aiming for 120lbs and consider myself to be quite small. I am still trying to lose weight and this is what seems harder is that you have to be much more dedicated to your diet to lose it, well in for everyone who has reached their goal!

Just start off with little things for breakfast like some crackers or a bit of toast or banana, eventually your body will start to feel hungry at that time and expect you to be fed, to start you will just have to even if you really don't feel very hungry

If I were you I'd not bother logging on such a huge journey - just eat when you are hungry and be smart about it. Plus losing a streak isn't the worst thing. Just have an amazing time in Bangkok!

Greeeen smoothies! My favourite, banana, almond milk, coconut water, spinach, and chia seeds. Not too sweet for mornings but gives me loads of energy but not too high in calories which gives more freedom for the rest of the day :)

Me too. Roast a chicken and eat that for dinner through week with broccoli and potatos, lunch is mushrooms, tomatoes and feta with tuna or eggs haha and breakfast is always a banana and kale smoothie, failing that it is weetabix and banana. Mainly because lately I've been visiting people and moving around a lot at weekends…

I heard something about chicken drumsticks dipped in egg then rolled in crushed almonds and baked and i think they made a hot sauce to go with it but I don't remember
