@LRC1975 I have two sets of adjustable free weights and Jillian doesn't allow enough of a break between for me to adjust higher but I am definitely feeling stronger. I ended up using 7.5 lbs more today than I had been. I also extended my leg while doing the presses. Making small improvements each time.

I take pictures of my food but I don't count calories at all. I do, however, make sure I get a balance of food--vegetables, fruits, proteins, some carbs and healthy fats, etc.

It is amazing and I'm adding it to the list of reasons I'll never be a coach. My husband knows someone who's there. Definitely having a great time but with my balance, I don't do crowds.

I made no change/sacrifice in my morning cup of coffee. I use half & half organic milk and Stevia. If that affected my success it was worth the small sacrifice of having my coffee my way. I have an envelope in my smashbook of several ways I cheated while doing Round 1 of 21 Day Fix.

No worries. Everyone (including yours truly) overlooks it. I did for a long time and I'm still in a bit of denial about whether or not what I'm doing qualifies for moving up a bracket. I'll figure it out eventually, I suppose.

I think you'll do well and, even without the workouts, you'll drop weight. I'd be surprised if you didn't. It's always worked for me even when my weight loss was stalled.
