Weeks 1 - 3 goals were all attained: (pre-plan my meals, workout plans, journal) The only one I am not able to get a fix on is my weekly calories. My greatest NSV is my mood is more stable. I had mild depression and anxiety and it took about 4 months into keto to really notice the difference.

Count me in!. I've been on keto since end of May; so besides the initial 5 lbs lost, I am still struggling with appetite and overeating keto foods. I like the no starch/sugar banner. It's spot on. IMO the puzzle is also a great idea as I see it as a PART of the greater picture in leading a healthy lifestyle; not just weight loss. Great job!

Bonjour from Montreal, Canada

I weight train and cycle/hike 6 days per week. I am on a 20 gr of carbs per day. I personally don't require the extra carbs; I do however take BCAA's during and after my training.
-
Yes definitely Go You!!! You should be very proud

You could either supplement with a protein shake (25-30 gr of protein) and/or choose meats that are higher in protein. You could do that in a 4 hour eating window (20/4)

Congrats! Well done

I have been on a low carb (under 20-30 gr.) for the past nine weeks. I am already pretty active with cycling and weight training. My problem is I keep losing and gaining the same 3-4 pounds. It seems that I have an unsatiable appetite and go over my TDEE most of the time due to overeating cheese. So I have decided to try…

I gave it up 3 years ago as it was making me hungrier; since then no AS what so ever.

I'm with you @FIT_Goat I have been binging on cheese the past couple of weeks. It is definitely insulinogenic and can't stop at a couple of grams. After the initial water loss, I've been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds since I started keto 41 days ago. My personal challenge this month is also to eliminate cheese. We…

Goal reached: maintained under 20 gr. carbs (total). Yay me!! still going strong day 41. I already do IF (5 years) so won't be participating in July challenge.
-
There are different kinds of IF; no calorie reduction involved. It's just pertains to the timing of your meals.
-
Welcome and pleased to meet you too.

So far so good, I am maintaining under 20 gr total carbs. No weight loss this week as I have been indulging a little too much with cheese... so I removed it and will reintroduce as a condiment in a couple of weeks.
